As a dog training business we also take images for our clients as part of our contract.
We use the above data to deliver our service to you and provide you access to any online galleries.
We collect this data on the following lawful basis fulfill our contract with you as our client and photos are used to advertise the business on social media.
When you visit our website we also collect Cookies. These are small pieces of data that websites send to a user’s computer and are stored on the user’s web browser. They are designed to enable the website to remember information, such as what a user might have put in a shopping cart for example. This helps us to deliver our service to you and make your experience a pleasurable one.
2. Which third parties do we share Personal Data with?
We share personal data with the following third parties:
Paypal – Data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area to United States under the protection of EU/US Privacy Shield.
ICloud – Data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area to United States under the protection of EU/US Privacy Shield.
Stripe – Data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area to United States under the protection of EU/US Privacy Shield.
Woocommerce – Data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area to United States under the protection of EU/US Privacy Shield.
There are also certain situations in which we may share access to your personal data without your explicit consent; for example, if required by law, to protect the life of an individual, or to comply with any valid legal process, government request, rule or regulation.
3. Why do we share your Personal Data with the above?
We share your data in order to deliver a full service to you and for our own advertising, ie. using photos to advertise our business via social media, and other marketing material.
4. How do we keep your personal data secure?
We keep your data secure by only using secure sites that are password protected.
In the unlikely event of a criminal breach of our security we will inform the relevant regulatory body within 72 hours and, if your personal data were involved in the breach, we will also inform you.

We may change this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will let you know by changing the date on this policy, notifying customers of only significant changes. By continuing to access or use our services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised privacy policy.

Terms and Conditions
Pawsome Pupz Training & Behaviour
1. Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Pawsome Pupz Training & Behaviour.

“Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to the person booking and/or attending dog training or behaviour services.
-
“Dog” refers to the canine(s) owned by the client and participating in the services.
-
“Services” means any dog training, behaviour consultation, group class, workshop, online session, or other service provided by Pawsome Pupz Training & Behaviour.

2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and must be made via the appropriate booking form, website, or by contacting us directly.
2.2 Full payment is required to secure your place in a class, 1:1 session, or workshop unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Prices are subject to change. Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, the price will not change.
2.4 Behaviour consultations may require completion of a pre-consultation form and/or veterinary referral.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Classes and Group Courses
-
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of a course may be eligible for a refund, minus an admin fee of £10.
-
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the course.
-
Missed sessions within a course cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

3.2 1:1 Training or Behaviour Sessions
-
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded, minus any admin or prep costs.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
-
If we cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

3.3 Training and Behaviour Packages

Once the first session of a multi-session package (e.g. training or behaviour package) has taken place, the package is considered to have begun, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining sessions.

Sessions within a package must be used within the time frame agreed upon at booking. Unused sessions outside of that time frame may be forfeited.

4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 You are responsible for your dog at all times, including ensuring they are fit, healthy, and up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worm treatments.
4.2 If your dog is unwell, injured, or in season, you must notify us before attending. In some cases, attendance may not be permitted.
4.3 You must not knowingly bring a dog that has been exposed to infectious disease within the last 14 days.
4.4 You agree to use only positive, reward-based training methods in line with our ethical approach. Harsh handling, physical punishment, or aversive tools (e.g. prong collars, shock collars) are strictly prohibited.

5. Aggression and Behavioural Concerns
5.1 You must inform us of any history of aggression or behavioural issues prior to booking. This includes reactivity, resource guarding, biting, or fear-based behaviours.
5.2 We reserve the right to remove any dog from group sessions if their behaviour poses a risk to others or is not appropriate for the class environment. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
5.3 Behaviour modification plans are tailored to each individual dog and cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to the many variables involved.

6. Children and Attendees
6.1 Children are welcome at sessions with prior agreement, but must be supervised at all times.
6.2 You are responsible for any person accompanying you to sessions, including their safety and conduct.

7. Safety and Liability
7.1 All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure the safety of you, your dog, and others. However, participation is at your own risk.
7.2 We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to you, your dog, your property, or third parties during or after participation in our services.
7.3 Dogs must be kept on lead unless instructed otherwise by the trainer.

8. Photography and Media
8.1 We may take photos or videos during sessions for use in marketing or social media. Please inform us in writing if you do not wish to be included.
8.2 All training materials, handouts, and online content remain the intellectual property of Pawsome Pupz Training & Behaviour and must not be shared or reproduced without permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 All client information is kept confidential and stored in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws.
9.2 Your contact details will only be used to provide services, follow-ups, or relevant updates from Pawsome Pupz Training & Behaviour. You may unsubscribe at any time.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 We are not liable for any cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including extreme weather, illness, or venue closures. We will make every effort to reschedule affected sessions.
11. Amendments
11.1 These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
